My Role And Responsibility
All businesses are required to comply with GPDR which means that whoever runs it is required by law to adhere to the rules regarding protection, processing and control of your personal data.
This Means That:
I am legally bound to ensure your marketing data is used in accordance with GDPR and to ensure that it is used for its intended purpose - in this case sending you email and marketing newsletters - and nothing else.
I have to ensure the security of your data by keeping anti-virus, spyware, malware protection up-to-date and with comprehensive password protection and back-up systems.
I also enable a Safe Browsing VPN feature which means that my location cannot be traced.I have to ensure that your data is fully erased if you request it.
I have to keep records of consent in a secure manner, should proof be required.
